This is a guided meditation journey to call in your divine light and to connect to the light of the divine. Hi, welcome. My name is Meredith, and this is a meditation journey to call in your divine light and to connect to the light of the divine. Okay, I'd invite you to find a place to listen, to go within, to connect, allowing yourself to relax, to settle in, to just breathe. And be when you are comfortable, inviting you to allow your eyes to slowly close deeply in and deeply out as you surrender to this moment, to knowing that everything here and now is exactly as it should be. Full trust of your divine plan. Full trust of your guidance, of your heart, of your soul. As you surrender and allow, and know you are exactly where you should be. And just breathing deeply into your heart, drawing all of your awareness to your heart space, feeling the light of your heart, the purity, the beauty, this place that loves so deeply, that falls in love, that sees the beauty in all, that knows that you're always guided, always led, and part of something so much greater than just yourself. Feeling into that love, that unity, that sense of being entirely whole and complete, entirely one with all that is, with Mother Earth, with the divine, feeling your place here between both worlds. And as you breathe into your heart, you feel the light now in your entire body, feeling that you are this vessel of love, you are this sacred temple of the divine here on earth, bringing forth this light of all, this love of all, with each step you walk, leaving footprints of your love and your light everywhere that you go, embedding this light in this love, in this very place where you are now, forever changing and shifting and elevating the frequency by moving forward with love, with light, as you activate your light, simply by drawing your attention to it, your awareness, your presence, you feel this light of your soul, this light that has been there in every moment, in every breath, in long, long before you took your first breath, this light that continues on for eternity, this light that is a spark of the divine, one with the divine, one with all beings, and seeing this light, this love in all that we encounter, seeing how it sparkles and shines and radiates and connects us to all who we love, all who we've ever loved, all who we will love, and every single being of light. And you feel your light radiating, taking your soul higher and higher, allowing your heart to expand further and further as the light grows, visualizing it surrounding you, allowing it to develop any colors, shapes, rays of light, sparkles, allowing it to illuminate all parts of your life. This light of your soul is fully open, awakened, and connected. As the light of the divine gently kisses your skin, radiates down onto your body, you feel emerging with your own light. As your own light expands brighter and brighter, this light of the divine cleanses and purifies your soul, your heart, your body. This light of the divine guides you forward on your path. It transmits any wisdom or messages that you are meant to receive, meant to know, meant to remember. Allowing them to be transmitted with this light, merged into your frequency, your soul, your essence, your heart, allowing your heart to open to greater love, connection, union, allowing your soul to open to deep gnosis, deep truth, and deep remembrance, knowing you are this sacred vessel of love and light. You are one with the divine, you are one with Mother Earth, you are one with all, allowing your soul to journey to receive this great light. You are held in this light of the divine, you are infinitely supported, the way you are seeking, the path you are looking for is unveiled now. One step, one breath, one choice, knowing the guidance will come, the clarity will come in the exact right moment and way, feeling connected to your divine blueprint, the plan for your soul, the story you wrote in unison with the divine, the story that you are living to guide you to deep remembrance, the lessons your soul came here to learn. You are right on time. You are exactly where you should be, and trusting and knowing that anything that is not meant to be here in your life is dissolving with great ease and peace and love. Knowing all is well, allowing yourself to feel this divine peace and bliss and love in this very moment, allowing the light to release anything you are no longer meant to hold or carry. It is safe to surrender this to the light. Surrender it to love, surrender it to the divine, feeling trust in your way, feeling peace in your next chapter, and feeling so much divine love, support, and connection. Your soul is illuminated with this light, with the light of your own soul, your own heart, your own knowing. With each step that you take, each word you speak, each soul who you connect with and look upon and walk with, they will feel your light, they will know your light. Your light transforms the world, the universe, yourself, honoring the shadow, the darkness, the depths that we've had to encounter, the moments we've had to walk blindly ahead, to again meet the light, to find the light, to see the light, to trust ourselves to follow the light and become one with the light. Just breathing in and feeling this light, fully connected to the light of the divine, the light of your soul, knowing they are one. You are one, you are whole. Just integrating this light into your field, your heart, your soul, your body, feeling it, trusting it, listening to it, allowing it to guide you, allowing yourself to express it, to share it, to honor it, and cultivate it. As you walk ahead today and every day, knowing, embodying, remembering this light, this love, that this is who you are, this is what you are, you are one with all that is, one with the divine, one with the truth of who you are. You are love, you are light, you are pure beauty, pure divinity, pure love, and ever so gently just returning to this moment, to your body, to your heart. Knowing you are connected, you are light, you are love. Knowing you've called in your divine light in the light of the divine, that you never have been separate from this, you never are separate from this, you never will be. Taking as much time as you need to return, and just honoring this light, holding it, and sharing your light and your love with everyone who you encounter, with all who you've ever loved, and with yourself. And I am just holding you in this space, this frequency of divine love and light, and sending you so much love and light today, always, anytime that this finds you. And just asking the divine light and love to support us, to walk with us, to guide us, to call us into our hearts today and always. And may we be an emanation of the light of the divine, of divine love and union. May we always walk this path, this way of the heart, of love, and of light. Thank you for being here, for shining your light, your heart in the world. The world is such a better place with you here, with your love and with your light.
