Hello, welcome back to all the above. My name is Meredith. Thank you as always for joining me here, for taking time for yourself to connect to your heart, your light, your truth, and your soul. And today I'd like to share a meditation journey. I invite you to settle in. And my intention is for this to be healing, providing you with the clarity, the light, the love, the frequency, the connection to your own soul, everything that you're seeking, longing for, dreaming of. May you return to your heart and your light through this meditation, through each moment of your journey, knowing you can do this anytime, with or without guidance. And just inhaling and exhaling fully in and fully out, feeling the body breathe and expand with your breath. As you soften into the surface beneath you, your feet on the earth, your soul in your body, your heart beating in your chest, and your breath moving through you like gentle waves, like rays of light illuminating every cell as you breathe. Knowing any way that you choose to receive this is divine. Whether you are meditating, driving, getting ready for the day or ending the day. There is no wrong or right. It is all divinely guided. And as you arrive here, you feel into your heart the beauty that is your sacred heart. Your heart that has carried so much, has felt so much, and holds so much love. Just acknowledging the beauty of you, the beauty of your heart that connects you to all that is. Remembering that often we are redirected by the divine, by forces outside of ourself, to align us with our destiny. Knowing what is meant for us will never miss us. Knowing we are always exactly where we're meant to be, knowing how powerful we are, how beloved we are, how sacred we are. As you feel this connection of your heart to the divine, allowing yourself to feel gratitude, being grateful for every part of your journey and your story, this lifetime and all of your lifetimes. Gratitude for your soul connections, those who feel like home before ever speaking a word, those who you recognize with one glance, whose love feels ancient and holy, like what you've always known and been looking for, yet you never knew you were looking until it arrives. Letting yourself feel these connections, honoring them, thanking them, forgiving them, and loving them. Gratitude for the timing of your story and your life. You are right on time. Gratitude for this beautiful planet that we call home, Mother Earth, Gaia. As you breathe into the Earth Star Chakra, connecting you directly to Mother Earth, seeing her brilliant, illuminated, feeling this chakra turning on, activating, blossoming, roots connected to the earth, growing upward toward your heart, and moving to your root chakra, seeing it glow as you breathe into this energy center. A beautiful, vibrant red, spinning, glowing. You are rooted, you are safe, you are secure, you are divinely protected. All of your needs are met and always will be met. You have always been supported, and you always will be supported. It is safe to be who you came here to be. Cleansing any fears, doubts, worries, or anxiety from the chakra as you exhale. Knowing that the divine is handling it all, taking away anything that is no longer yours. Moving up to your sacral chakra, the beautiful, radiant, glowing orange energy center, connecting you to your passions. Your sacral chakra is like a radiant flower, allowing you to create, to play, to express, to feel, to dance, to embrace your sensuality, allowing your passions, your desires, your longings, your dreams to be fully acknowledged, seen, and supported here. You feel that fire, that fire to create, that passion that you have for life, for all that is, all that you long for. Your sacral chakra is cleansed, purified, activated, and awakened. Moving to your solar plexus, a beautiful, radiant yellow light like the sun. You are so powerful, you can do anything. You are so worthy of all of your dreams and desires. Feeling the support of the universe, the support of the divine, acknowledging your radiance, your light, your strength, breathing in the light of the sun, the brightest light of all, the light of the divine. This light restores, replenishes, activates, recharges, and cleanses your solar plexus. Your solar plexus is activated, awakened, and ready to shine so brightly and to fully be seen in your brilliance. Breathing into the heart chakra. Beautiful green light. Maybe there's some pink and golden light there as well. The most beautiful color coming to you. As you feel your heart, you feel the natural expansion. Maybe placing your hands on your heart. You are so loved. You are so held. You are seen in the eyes of love. It is safe to release any walls around your heart. Any barriers you may have put up for protection. You can put them down. You can unlock the key that holds the mysteries of your sacred heart. The mysteries of truth, of wisdom, of knowing, of divine love, sacred union, in connection to the highest love of all. This is what you are, what you always have been, what you always will be. You are love. You are pure divine love. You hold this frequency of love in your heart, and you carry it forward in all that you do. All who you look upon, who you speak with, who you embrace, all of those who you have fallen in love with here in your heart. All of those who have fallen in love with you. Love is eternal. Your love lives on forever. Feeling this love washing over you. Your heart chakra is so beautiful, radiant, glowing, and attracting to you. The most blissful, beautiful, radiant love, the most magical, beautiful, divine love that you could ever dream of. Never separate from this. You are whole and complete, exactly as you are, letting love lead you and be exactly who you are and what you are. And moving to the throat chakra, we bring this energy of love to the throat chakra. Beautiful blue light energy. The essence of love lives here, and you speak this love, you speak your truth. You share your wisdom, you share your voice, the song of your soul. You express freely. You release any fears around expressing your voice and sharing your truth. You are fully supported and safe to speak your truth, to sing your song, and to express exactly who you are. This beautiful blue light is so illuminated, supporting you, helping you to move forward in your most truthful essence, moving to the third eye. Violet light, you can see clearly, you see the truth, you see through the lens of love, you let yourself see clearly, see what you may have forgotten, see past the illusion beyond the veil. It is safe for you to see what others might miss. It is safe to trust what you see. Feeling any veils over your third eye clearing, being lifted, allowing light to flood into your third eye, as you feel it being activated, awakened, cleansed, so you may fully see, you may see clearly, you may see the truth of all that is, and you may see the light. Breathing that light up to the crown chakra, your connection to the divine, to source, and all that is, that clear channel of light flooding in. Your crown chakra is cleansed of any illusions, distortions, programming that may have been placed in your field, breathing in the light of the divine, remembering how connected you are, remembering how magical you are, remembering that you hold all of the answers that you seek within your soul, and that you can connect to this light and energy and knowing at any time, seeing your connection like a bridge to the divine, you are able to activate this in any moment to call upon the strength of the divine, your angels, guides, and team, with simply an intention, feeling love flowing into your crown chakra, bright light, connecting you, nurturing you, enveloping you in pure love, in pure light of all that is, seeing yourself perfectly aligned, each chakra activated, awakened, cleansed, purified, restored to radiant wholeness, divine perfection, clarity, peace, light, and love. As you hold yourself in this beautiful vision, you acknowledge and feel your soul star chakra above your crown, connecting you to all dimensions, all time and space, allowing even more light and love to fill your entire field, every single energy center, feeling this beautiful connection between the divine heavenly realms, Mother Earth, and the beautiful place where you sit now, your human body, you are the bridge between heaven and earth. Here to embody this, remember this, to live this beautiful life, to share the light of the divine, the beauty of Mother Earth, the truth of who you are, the light of your soul. Here to love so deeply, love for yourself, love for your soul connections, your beloveds, animals, nature, every single being. We are all one, feeling this love for all. This love for yourself. This love for all who you ever have loved and will love all that you love. Remembering and knowing and feeling how truly loved you are. Just letting that permeate your field. Letting yourself receive. And be. You are love. You are light. You are one with all that is. One with the divine. One with your beloved. One with all beings of light and truth and compassion and divine grace. You are whole and complete exactly as you are. You are right on time, in the right place, in the exact right moment. Just seeing yourself perfectly balanced, aligned, cleansed, restored, and renewed, as you are ready to step forward into your day or into rest, allowing yourself to gently return, carrying this love and light, and restoration of your field with you into whatever may lie ahead. I'm just holding you in so much love and light and gratitude. Thank you for taking this time for yourself, connecting to your own energy, remembering and feeling and knowing the truth of who you are, the light of your soul, the beauty of your heart, and exactly why you came here. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I love you, I love you, I love you.
